For 2010 the Hesketh Owner's Club voted to support the charitable organisation "Riders for Health" (  Riders is an award-winning social enterprise, working to make sure all health workers in Africa have access to reliable transportation so they can reach the most isolated people with regular and predictable health care.

To support the charity, HOC organised an "Alphabet Challenge", where HOC members were sponsored to visit as many towns and villages as possible,  such that the initial letters of the towns and villages visited completed the Alphabet.  There were quite a few folk who took part in the challenge and there are a couple of great "Travelogues" which have been authored as a result (more on those in later updates to the site).

The point is, HOC raised 700 for Riders and had a great time doing it.
